Responsibilities
- Develops, applies, revises, maintains, and tests quality/reliability standards.
- Designs and implements methods for inspecting and evaluating product quality.
- Develops and performs quality/reliability test plans and failure analysis.
- Gathers operational and test data and evaluates results.
- Develops methods, project methodology, and proposals.
- Evaluates work methods and procedures to ensure quality standards.
- Coaches and mentors team members on quality and reliability processes.
Job Requirements
- Strong background in Electrical Engineering.
- Expanded conceptual knowledge in quality and reliability.
- Understanding of key business drivers.
- Ability to solve problems using technical experience and judgment.
- Capability to explain complex information clearly.
- Experience in developing quality/reliability test plans.
- No supervisory responsibilities but provides guidance to new team members.
