Responsibilities
- Lead mechanical design and analysis for hardware enabling chemical vapor deposition (CVD) processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to generate design concepts.
- Conduct engineering analysis and documentation for projects.
- Identify design trade-offs and risks to determine optimal solutions.
- Perform experiments and data analysis to mitigate design risks.
- Run analyses (tolerance, thermal, flow) to ensure designs meet objectives.
- Troubleshoot issues at the component and system level during prototyping and validation phases.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- 3D CAD experience (Pro-engineer, Solidworks, or UG NX).
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in mechanical design and analysis.
- Experience in semiconductor equipment design or troubleshooting.
- Proficient in simulation and analysis methods (FEA, thermal analysis).
- Strong communication skills for effective cross-functional collaboration.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
