Responsibilities
- Support operations for assembly in an engineering capacity.
- Perform moderately complex electro-mechanical technical functions and activities.
- Troubleshoot system-level and component-level problems in electrical and mechanical systems.
- Assist in new system installations and field upgrades.
- Conduct testing and troubleshooting based on schematics and documentation.
- Maintain a secure and safe work environment while adhering to safety protocols.
- Develop and maintain methods and processes for the fabrication of parts and assemblies.
Job Requirements
- Associate's Degree in a relevant field; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- 2-4 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in a range of analytical processes and procedures.
- Good understanding of team integration and objectives.
- Ability to provide informal guidance to junior team members.
- Problem-solving skills for atypical situations.
- Strong communication skills for information exchange.
