Responsibilities
- Assist the Principal Systems Engineer in building new products for customer requirements.
- Develop insights into spacecraft subsystems including bus and payloads.
- Contribute technical inputs to engineering execution plans.
- Develop tools for oversight of a multi-disciplinary engineering team.
- Assist in process development for mission and system level trade studies and analysis.
- Gain experience in design reviews, assembly, integrated testing, and on-orbit operations of spacecraft.
- Communicate development status to internal stakeholders.
Job Requirements
- Strong technical communication skills.
- Strong technical fundamentals in an engineering discipline.
- Working knowledge of systems engineering principles.
- Ability to work effectively in a multi-disciplinary team.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in an agile development environment.
- Familiarity with complex, integrated systems for on-orbit operations.
- Experience or coursework in relevant engineering fields.
