Responsibilities
- Oversee all programs and development activities within Anduril’s product portfolio for defense and commercial applications.
- Manage execution of customer-funded efforts related to Anduril’s Maritime product family.
- Lead a team of project and program managers focused on delivering capabilities to customers.
- Develop and maintain Cost - Schedule - Performance metrics for all funded programs.
- Collaborate with growth and engineering leads to develop new business opportunities.
- Lead formal testing efforts and coordinate test execution with vendors.
- Foster a culture of ownership and continuous improvement within the team.
Job Requirements
- B.S. in Electrical, Computer, Aerospace, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent.
- Minimum 10 years of work experience with 5+ years in relevant industry experience.
- Experience in delivering technical engineering programs and leading teams.
- Ability to adapt and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Top Secret security clearance.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication skills with experience in customer-facing roles.
