Responsibilities
- Oversee all programs and development activities within Anduril’s maritime product portfolio.
- Manage execution of customer-funded efforts related to Anduril’s Maritime product family.
- Lead a team of project and program managers for successful delivery to customers.
- Develop and maintain Cost - Schedule - Performance for all funded programs.
- Support scoping and planning for proposals and new start programs.
- Develop effective working relationships with service and program office stakeholders.
- Lead formal testing efforts and coordinate with 3rd party vendors.
Job Requirements
- B.S. in Electrical, Computer, Aerospace, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent.
- 5+ years relevant industry experience, minimum 10 years of work experience.
- Experience delivering technical engineering programs and leading teams of engineers.
- Ability to adapt and work in limited resource environments.
- Eligible for U.S. Top Secret security clearance.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills for managing multiple projects.
- Excellent communication skills with experience briefing senior executives.
