Responsibilities
- Lead the technical direction for prospective and current customers in North America.
- Represent Andes USA in technical interactions with Taiwan R&D and CTO office.
- Create technical presentations and conduct webinars.
- Manage and support strategic and custom projects alongside the FAE team.
- Develop strong relationships with key engineers and management of customers.
- Identify and form partnerships with synergistic technologies for complete SoC solutions.
- Educate others in complex subjects through public speaking.
Job Requirements
- Experience as a Director/Manager of SoC development or FAE.
- Expertise in CPU architecture and SoC design flow.
- Knowledge of emulation/simulation of complex SoCs.
- Experience with MCU/CPU integration and firmware design.
- Familiarity with RTOS and Linux software development.
- Proven ability to mentor and manage junior engineers.
- Willingness to travel to meet customers and attend shows.
