Responsibilities
- Drive day-to-day efforts for the engineering team to meet deliverables and milestones.
- Communicate key deliverables, issues, and opportunities between various departments and customers.
- Manage and prioritize engineering tasks using project management tools.
- Coordinate procurement processes for engineering materials and services.
- Support engineering design and program reviews by ensuring timely completion of data packages.
- Manage cross-functional teams to adhere to production schedules and budgets.
- Facilitate successful new product development and program transitions from development to production.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant engineering or business field.
- 10+ years of program/project management experience in an engineering development setting.
- Experience leading technical projects for military-oriented products.
- Strong communication skills for coordination with team members and customers.
- Knowledge of program management principles including scheduling and budgeting.
- Ability to engage and influence customer outcomes.
- Familiarity with microwave module and printed circuit board assemblies preferred.
