Responsibilities
- Manage projects to adhere to production schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
- Coordinate communication between engineering, operations, quality, and supply chain teams.
- Prioritize engineering tasks using MS Project, JIRA, and Confluence.
- Support engineering design and program reviews by coordinating data packages.
- Ensure compliance with processes during internal and external audits.
- Drive day-to-day efforts of the engineering team for timely deliverables.
- Engage with customers to negotiate schedules and manage scope changes.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant engineering or business field.
- 10+ years of program/project management experience in engineering development for military products.
- Experience in leading technical projects and program management principles.
- Strong communication skills for team and customer coordination.
- Knowledge of financial management, procurement, and risk management.
- Ability to obtain a government security clearance.
- Familiarity with microwave modules and printed circuit board assemblies preferred.
