Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the reliability program.
- Perform Facilities Asset Condition Assessments.
- Conduct predictive maintenance routes and analyses.
- Optimize PM intervals and track completion.
- Lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for improved reliability.
- Manage spare parts and maintenance planning.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
- 2 years of experience in engineering or related projects.
- Familiarity with Computer Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
- Ability to work in various shifts and overtime.
- Must pass medical evaluations and obtain security access.
- Physical ability to lift and climb as needed.
- Preferred technical degree and certifications in maintenance practices.
