Responsibilities
- Collaborate with ASIC and mechanical engineers to develop thermal and mechanical solutions.
- Support customers through thermal design and debugging, from simulations to product testing.
- Assist in mechanical design, including enclosures and heat sinks.
- Engage with customers to address thermal and mechanical issues and provide recommendations.
- Conduct training sessions for customers on thermal and mechanical systems.
- Compile reports and presentations outlining design processes and performance metrics.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex product issues with customers.
Job Requirements
- B.S. or M.S. in Mechanical Engineering.
- Proficiency with thermal and mechanical design software (e.g., SolidWorks, ANSYS).
- Strong understanding of thermodynamics and materials science.
- Experience in product development with hardware platforms.
- Familiarity with PC architecture and system setup/testing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced technical environment.
