Responsibilities
- Lead activities across a large matrix-managed program from concept to production.
- Build schedules, identify critical paths, and track program plans throughout execution.
- Identify risks and define mitigation strategies to address.
- Track deliverables and dependencies for multiple groups.
- Provide clear and timely communications to multiple stakeholders.
- Drive complex issues to resolution with strong leadership skills.
- Implement and refine new processes for project management.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer engineering, Computer Science, or Electrical Engineering.
- Extensive technical program management experience on highly complex projects involving ASICs, PCBs, and Subsystems.
- Knowledge of program management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, etc.).
- Proficient in productivity tools including Confluence, Jira, and Microsoft Project.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proven ability to solve complex problems and work with ambiguity.
- Prior ASIC project management experience.
