Responsibilities
- Work with AMD’s architecture specialists to improve future products.
- Apply a data-minded approach to target optimization efforts.
- Stay informed of software and hardware trends, especially algorithms and architecture.
- Design and develop new AMD technologies.
- Participate in new ASIC and hardware bring-ups.
- Debug existing issues and research more efficient solutions.
- Develop technical relationships with peers and partners.
Job Requirements
- Strong object-oriented programming background, preferably in C/C++.
- Experience with modern concurrent programming and threading APIs.
- Familiarity with Windows, Linux, and/or Android operating system development.
- Good understanding of x86 processor architecture.
- Strong background in Automotive Infotainment Applications.
- Ability to write high-quality code with attention to detail.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.
