Responsibilities
- Lead implementation of PCBA and automated assembly processes for new product introduction and high-volume production.
- Drive ODM/CEM partners to meet quality and yield targets.
- Develop and maintain operational procedures for AMD and manufacturing partners.
- Design and optimize assembly workflows, including methods and materials.
- Manage cross-functional technical projects and lead engineering meetings.
- Provide Design for Manufacturing (DFM) input to enhance product design and reduce costs.
- Support failure analysis for production components and assemblies.
Job Requirements
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Certifications or training in Control Plans, PFMEA, APQP, and IPC standards.
- Familiarity with SMT PCBA assembly processes.
- Proficiency in process management techniques such as Gage R&R, Six Sigma, and Lean Manufacturing.
- Experience preparing and maintaining ISO documentation.
- Background in automation and robotics is a plus.
- BS Degree or higher preferred.
