Responsibilities
- Develop characterization test plans and highlight test coverage gaps.
- Create and debug ATE test patterns and flows.
- Ensure device testability and manufacturability from development through production.
- Optimize test flows for increased quality and cost improvement.
- Analyze part failures to improve test flows.
- Characterize and debug new silicon designs and process technologies.
- Analyze characterization data for performance insights.
Job Requirements
- Familiarity with scan hardware compressions and failure mechanisms.
- Knowledge of modern microprocessor architecture and analog DFT.
- Experience with ATE platforms, particularly Verigy 93K.
- Strong coding skills in Java, Perl, and C++.
- Proficiency in Unix and knowledge of JTAG.
- Academic credentials in Electrical Engineering (BS/MS) or equivalent.
- Strong communication skills for data presentation.
