Responsibilities
- Develop characterization test plans and highlight test coverage holes.
- Create and debug ATE test patterns and flows.
- Ensure device testability and manufacturability from development through production.
- Optimize test flows for quality and cost improvements.
- Analyze part failures to improve test flow.
- Characterize and debug new silicon designs and process technologies.
- Analyze characterization data for performance insights.
Job Requirements
- BS/MS in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- Familiarity with scan hardware compressions and debug processes.
- Knowledge of modern SRAM cell operation and debugging.
- Proficiency in Java, Perl, and C++ coding.
- Experience with Automated Test Equipment (ATE) platforms.
- Understanding of modern computer architecture.
- Strong communication skills for data presentation.
