Responsibilities
- Ensure the latest packaging and connector technology is available for product introductions.
- Collaborate with suppliers for mutual success.
- Design and evaluate packaging test vehicles for new technology.
- Engage in package design, socket and connector testing, and material evaluations.
- Assist Product Development Engineers in project scoping.
- Analyze experimental reports and communicate findings.
- Interface with various engineering teams to further project goals.
Job Requirements
- Enrollment in a graduate program in Mechanical Engineering, Material Science, or a related field.
- Knowledge of SolidWorks, CAD, MATLAB, and LabView.
- Mechanical design background and familiarity with mechanical drawings.
- Lab experience and understanding of semiconductor theory.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Passion for engaging in projects and succeeding.
