Responsibilities
- Collaborate with a team of engineers to support multiple processing facilities and launch sites.
- Assist in hiring engineers and technicians.
- Track, implement, and improve assembly, integration, and test processes.
- Specify and procure test and support equipment and systems.
- Plan for takt time and cost optimization.
- Define and implement Work Order and automated documentation processes.
- Certify payload compliance and resolve anomalies.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or software engineering.
- 3+ years of experience with Electrical Ground Support Equipment development.
- 3+ years of experience developing electrical assemblies.
- 2+ years of experience with copper and fiber optic networking.
- 1+ years of experience coding in Python and writing/updating test scripts.
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting and working in tight spaces.
- Must be able to pass background checks and meet customs entry requirements.
