Responsibilities
- Manage contract manufacturers' end-to-end production process for assigned PCBAs.
- Ensure on-time delivery to meet Kuiper production rate requirements.
- Drive production planning and execution aligned with cross-functional priorities.
- Measure, control, and improve capacity, quality, manufacturing rates/processes, and delivery KPIs at contract manufacturers.
- Lead technical deep dives to resolve manufacturing blockers and constraints.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate supply chain risks.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in technical program management, operations, or supply chain roles.
- 7+ years of experience working directly with engineering teams.
- Experience managing programs and driving initiatives across cross-functional teams.
- Technical understanding of PCBA manufacturing processes and materials.
- Master's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
- Demonstrated ability to use data and metrics to drive decisions and evaluate trade-offs.
