Responsibilities
- Lead the development of installation specifications and standard work documentation.
- Create and implement project tracking mechanisms for installation guidelines.
- Apply precision maintenance fundamentals to establish benchmarks for installations.
- Build performance metrics for cost, quality, safety, and speed across projects.
- Drive innovation through robotics, instrumentation, and AI for installation quality.
- Develop a reliability tracking system in partnership with RME.
- Serve as the main point of contact for building handoff activities with RME and Operations.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in technical operations, engineering, or quality management.
- 7+ years of people management experience, including managing managers.
- Experience developing technical standards and quality control systems.
- Strong project management skills for coordinating complex initiatives.
- Experience with robotics, automation systems, or advanced manufacturing technologies preferred.
- Six Sigma Black Belt certification or equivalent quality management credentials preferred.
