Responsibilities
- Lead the development of installation specifications and standard work documentation.
- Create and implement project tracking mechanisms for equipment installations.
- Apply precision maintenance fundamentals to establish benchmarks for installations.
- Build performance metrics for cost, quality, safety, and speed across projects.
- Drive innovation through robotics, instrumentation, and AI for quality improvement.
- Develop a reliability tracking system to extend component and asset life.
- Serve as the main contact for building handoff activities with RME and Operations.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in technical operations, engineering, or quality management.
- 7+ years of people management experience, including managing managers.
- Experience developing technical standards and quality control systems.
- Track record of implementing data-driven performance metrics.
- Strong project management skills for coordinating cross-functional initiatives.
- Preferred: Master's degree and experience with robotics or automation systems.
