Responsibilities

Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience managing multiple large projects.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- 6+ years in electrical engineering or power systems.
- Preferred: Master’s degree in engineering or equivalent STEM field.
- Experience with Lean Management, Six Sigma, and CAD software.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional initiatives.
- Ability to travel up to 25%.
