Responsibilities
- Manage the lifecycle of challenging cross-functional projects and deliver on project objectives.
- Participate in engineering reviews and impact proposed solutions on system architecture and facility processes.
- Partner with teams and vendors to set project priorities and drive schedules.
- Lead execution efforts in delivering systems and equipment designs, ensuring safety and efficiency.
- Conduct effective meetings and document discussions, decisions, and future steps.
- Communicate project status and risk analysis to leadership and management.
- Identify and lead process improvement initiatives to enhance engineering efficiencies.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related STEM field.
- 8+ years of experience in Project Engineering, Process Engineering, or related roles.
- Experience managing cross-functional projects and implementing automated systems.
- Proficiency with CAD software (AutoCAD, REVIT, BIM 360, etc.).
- Master’s degree in Engineering or related field preferred.
- Experience with Six Sigma and/or Lean Manufacturing.
- Proven technical leadership in industrial engineering projects.
