Responsibilities
- Manage the lifecycle of challenging projects independently with internal and external teams.
- Participate in engineering reviews and impact proposed solutions on systems architecture.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to set project priorities and drive schedules.
- Lead execution efforts in delivering systems and automated equipment designs.
- Conduct effective meetings, document discussions, and ensure alignment on expectations.
- Communicate project status, risk analysis, and mitigation plans to leadership.
- Identify and lead process improvement initiatives to enhance team efficiencies.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related STEM field.
- 8+ years of experience as a Project Engineer, Process Engineer, or related role.
- Experience managing cross-functional projects and implementing automated systems.
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, REVIT).
- Preferred: Master’s degree in Engineering or related field, operations management experience, and knowledge of Six Sigma/Lean Manufacturing.
