Responsibilities
- Oversee installation and commissioning of Amazon Robotics equipment.
- Troubleshoot and integrate robotic systems in fulfillment centers.
- Collaborate with a team of engineers and project managers on deployments.
- Lead the development of process documentation for new products.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives during deployments.
- Manage and resolve escalations during robotic deployments.
- Generate and implement continuous improvement ideas around work scopes.
Job Requirements
- BS degree in Engineering or closely related STEM field.
- 3+ years of experience with mechanical, electrical, IT networked, or software systems.
- 2+ years of experience with technical drawings and CAD models.
- 1+ years of experience troubleshooting robotics or complex mechanical-electrical systems.
- Strong communication skills for customer-facing interactions.
- Proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau).
- Ability to work independently and manage a small team during deployments.
