Responsibilities
- Oversee the installation and commissioning of robotic systems in fulfillment centers.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with complex electro-mechanical and network systems.
- Collaborate with a team of engineers and project managers for technical oversight.
- Lead the development of process documentation and modify existing processes.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and capture lessons learned.
- Manage a team of engineers during deployments and resolve escalations.
- Support customer-facing interactions and report on project status.
Job Requirements
- BS degree in Engineering or related STEM field.
- 3+ years of experience with mechanical, electrical, IT networked, or software systems.
- 2+ years of experience with technical drawings and CAD models.
- 1+ years of experience troubleshooting robotics or complex mechanical-electrical systems.
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
