Responsibilities
- Oversee the installation and commissioning of robotic systems in fulfillment centers.
- Lead the troubleshooting and maintenance of complex electro-mechanical and network systems.
- Collaborate with a team of engineers and project managers for technical oversight.
- Develop and modify process documentation for new products.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives during deployments.
- Manage escalations and quality testing during robotics deployment.
- Travel extensively to various sites for project execution.
Job Requirements
- BS degree in Engineering or a closely related STEM field.
- 3+ years of experience with mechanical, electrical, IT networked, or software systems.
- Experience with technical drawings and CAD models.
- Familiarity with troubleshooting robotics or complex mechanical-electrical systems.
- Proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools.
- Strong communication skills for customer interactions.
- Ability to work independently and manage small teams during deployments.
