Responsibilities
- Oversee the installation and commissioning of robotic systems in fulfillment centers.
- Troubleshoot and integrate robotic equipment during deployments.
- Collaborate with a team of engineers and project managers for technical oversight.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance deployment processes.
- Develop and modify process documentation for new products.
- Manage cross-functional teams and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
- Ensure project delivery meets key performance indicators around cost, quality, and safety.
Job Requirements
- BS degree in Engineering or closely related STEM field.
- Experience with mechanical, electrical, IT networked, or software systems.
- Ability to read technical drawings and troubleshoot robotics systems.
- Strong communication skills for interacting with stakeholders.
- Willingness to work in construction or warehouse environments and travel extensively.
- Proficiency in standard office software tools and processes.
- Preferred experience in field engineering or hardware integration.
