Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot material handling control systems, including PLC/PC controllers and industrial networks.
- Program and source code for in-house built solutions based on PLC or PC controllers and SCADA/OEE platforms.
- Develop solutions related to Automation Systems.
- Manage project activities and coordinate site-based Automation Engineers.
- Apply Subject Matter Expertise on troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
- Create, optimize, and monitor Key Performance Indicators for machine efficiency and quality.
- Provide technical guidance for collaborative projects and ensure 24/7 troubleshooting support.
Job Requirements
- BS in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
- Experience leading change management in multiple site environments.
- Experience in commissioning equipment from integrators.
- 7+ years of experience in industrial controls and automation.
- Proficient in data analysis and process development.
- Knowledge of major MHE integrators.
- Preferred: MBA or Master’s degree, Six Sigma Black Belt Certification.
