Responsibilities
- Provide field support for refrigeration sites, ensuring operations and food safety.
- Manage multiple complex projects and tasks simultaneously.
- Oversee maintenance acceptance for large-scale projects.
- Provide leadership and mentoring to maintenance and operations teams.
- Participate in design reviews and offer guidance on equipment standardization.
- Travel domestically up to 50%.
- Communicate technical information effectively to non-technical audiences.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- 5+ years of experience managing large projects.
- Strong technical background in automated or non-automated material handling equipment.
- Familiarity with refrigeration systems and low-GWP refrigerants.
- Preferred: Master's degree in engineering or equivalent STEM field.
- Experience in Lean Management and Six Sigma.
- Ability to influence and develop relationships across all organization levels.
