Responsibilities
- Support in the build and development of manufacturing/test hardware and fixtures
- Define standard operating procedures (SOPs) for manufacturing/test equipment
- Work with engineers to diagnose and solve issues for yield and throughput improvements
- Own the test team calibration process, coordinating between teams
- Develop and maintain the test team tool program for development and production stations
- Collaborate with the facility team for preventative maintenance of test chambers
- Organize the propulsion lab and manage floor space layout
Job Requirements
- Experience in planning and maintaining lab facilities for efficiency
- Experience in hardware design and validation of components and systems
- Associate's degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, or Manufacturing Engineering, or equivalent experience
- 2+ years in a high-volume production environment
- 2+ years of relevant hardware manufacturing/testing experience
- 2+ years contributing to documentation and procedures
- 2+ years hands-on experience with precision calibrated test equipment
