Responsibilities
- Support weekend operations after an onboarding period.
- Disposition and resolve test failures and flight hardware non-conformances.
- Improve test automation, data acquisition, and data analysis.
- Ensure test coverage is maintained across flight hardware design updates.
- Refine test requirements and methodologies with hardware subsystem owners.
- Train operators in the execution of developed testing processes.
- Collaborate with internal engineering teams to enhance test efficiency.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Physics, or equivalent.
- 1+ years of experience in developing or optimizing manufacturing or test processes.
- 1+ years of experience investigating and resolving hardware and test failures.
- 1+ years of experience working in a space flight production environment.
- Ability to work Friday through Monday, 10-hour shifts.
- Experience with electrical test equipment and data acquisition systems (preferred).
- Experience with Python, LabVIEW, or TestStand (preferred).
