Responsibilities
- Invent, design, and implement engineering solutions for material flow and efficiency problems in the supply chain.
- Manage design and innovation efforts for optimal solutions in fulfillment and transportation networks.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors for high-quality, cost-effective solutions.
- Simultaneously manage multiple projects and effectively communicate with business partners.
- Provide technical management for large-scale engineering projects.
- Communicate the vision and technical solutions to senior executives.
- Mentor and develop the next generation of engineering managers.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in engineering roles related to Industrial, Process, or Manufacturing Engineering.
- 5+ years of experience managing a team of engineers.
- Experience with Material Handling Equipment and process design.
- Preferred: Master’s degree in Engineering or related field.
- Experience with automated material handling equipment and Lean Principles.
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
