Responsibilities
- Develop test strategies and optimize test setup/processes at Contract Manufacturing sites.
- Perform PCBA debug and root-cause failure analysis.
- Collaborate with R&D and Test Development teams to improve test systems and procedures.
- Analyze data to identify failure trends and recommend improvements.
- Develop procedures and documentation for test operators.
- Train operators on test processes and support certification programs.
- Provide feedback on test coverage and PCBA failure trends.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- 5+ years of experience with complex test systems and training others.
- Experience in integrating software and hardware systems.
- Proficiency with standard electronic lab test equipment for debugging.
- Ability to write detailed test station operating procedures.
- Experience with Linux/scripting.
- Preferred: 7+ years of experience and knowledge of test automation tools.
