Responsibilities
- Manage contract manufacturers' end-to-end production process for assigned PCBAs.
- Ensure on-time delivery to meet Kuiper production rate requirements.
- Drive production planning and execution aligned with cross-functional priorities.
- Measure, control, and improve capacity, quality, manufacturing processes, and delivery KPIs.
- Lead technical investigations to resolve manufacturing blockers and constraints.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate supply chain risks.
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in technical program management, operations, or supply chain roles.
- 5+ years of experience working directly with engineering teams.
- Technical understanding of PCBA manufacturing processes and materials.
- Experience driving continuous improvement activities and performing Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
- Ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience driving supplier development programs and technology transfers.
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
