Responsibilities
- Manage the lifecycle of challenging projects, ensuring delivery on objectives and targets.
- Participate in engineering reviews and impact proposed solutions on systems architecture.
- Partner with teams and vendors to set project priorities and drive schedules.
- Lead execution efforts in delivering automated equipment designs and resolving technical issues.
- Communicate project status and risk analysis to leadership.
- Articulate system designs and specifications to internal customers.
- Identify and lead process improvement initiatives for engineering efficiencies.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related STEM field.
- 4+ years of experience in project engineering, process engineering, or related roles.
- Experience managing cross-functional projects and implementing automated systems.
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, REVIT).
- Preferred: Master’s degree in Engineering or related field, experience with Six Sigma/Lean Manufacturing.
- Familiarity with design and implementation of automation solutions.
- Proven technical leadership in industrial engineering projects.
