Responsibilities
- Manage the lifecycle of projects and deliver on objectives and targets.
- Participate in engineering reviews and impact proposed solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to prioritize projects and drive schedules.
- Coordinate execution efforts in delivering systems and automated equipment designs.
- Lead meetings to align on project objectives and document discussions.
- Communicate project status and risk analysis to leadership.
- Identify and lead process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related STEM field.
- 4+ years of experience in project engineering or related roles.
- Experience managing cross-functional projects and implementing automated systems.
- Proficiency with CAD software such as AutoCAD or REVIT.
- Preferred Master’s degree in Engineering or related field.
- Operations Management experience in distribution or material handling projects.
- Familiarity with Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing principles.
