Responsibilities
- Integrate systems for safety, security, stability, and efficiency.
- Participate in the full system development life-cycle, including test plan execution.
- Manage high-visibility projects and communicate with internal and external partners.
- Define project scope, delivery, and budget while analyzing data to drive improvements.
- Lead design and execution efforts between internal teams and vendors.
- Participate in design reviews and assess future impacts of proposed solutions.
- Identify and lead process improvement initiatives in support of operations teams.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 3+ years of experience as an industrial engineer, operations engineer, or similar role.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
- Experience with Six Sigma and lean manufacturing preferred.
- Knowledge of automated material handling systems and packaging technologies.
- Intermediate knowledge of AutoCAD, VBA, and SQL preferred.
- Master's degree is a plus.
