Responsibilities
- Write work instructions and troubleshoot non-conformances.
- Define and implement Work Orders and standard operating procedures.
- Design and run experiments/test articles for process development.
- Assist in developing automated quality manufacturing processes.
- Plan line layouts for Assembly, Integration & Test.
- Specify, design, and procure assembly equipment and tools.
- Review designs for manufacturability and sign off for design release.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Manufacturing/Mechanical/Aerospace/Industrial/Electrical) or related discipline.
- 1+ year experience with integrating, testing, and troubleshooting mechanical and electronic systems.
- 1+ year experience with Computer Aided Design tools (Solidworks or NX/Unigraphics).
- Technical writing experience for work instructions and test plans is preferred.
- Familiarity with automated manufacturing processes and testing methods.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
