Responsibilities
- Manage the development and optimization of manufacturing processes for efficient production.
- Conduct Cpk and capabilities analysis to assess and improve process performance.
- Provide engineering support for manufacturing operations, troubleshooting issues as needed.
- Utilize CAD software for designing and improving manufacturing tools and equipment.
- Develop and update process documentation and flow diagrams.
- Collaborate with R&D and production teams to transition new products to production.
- Work on continuous improvement initiatives, including lean manufacturing and Six Sigma.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years experience in manufacturing engineering with a focus on process development.
- Expertise in Cpk/Capabilities analysis and statistical process control.
- Proficiency in CAD software.
- Experience with process improvement techniques like Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to implement effective solutions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional teamwork.
