Responsibilities
- Lead a team through satellite integration operations at the launch site.
- Plan material flow and implement manufacturing processes for satellite integration.
- Continuously improve satellite integration and test processes.
- Interface with launch providers.
- Author and implement work instructions and standard processes.
- Resolve anomalies and implement corrective actions.
- Perform extended travel as required by business needs.
Job Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in hardware design and validation.
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, material science, physics, or equivalent.
- Knowledge of engineering practices for software/hardware/networks development life cycle.
- Experience with hardware/software integration and real-time systems.
- Ability to work in a highly technical and collaborative setting.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on efficiency improvements.
- Willingness to work off-shift and weekends as needed.
