Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot production issues in a timely manner.
- Support and manage daily production operations and eliminate blockers and/or part shortages.
- Work with cross-functional teams to solve production issues.
- Provide design for manufacturability feedback and drive continuous improvement to hardware.
- Collaborate with process, quality, and design engineers to enhance manufacturing processes.
- Resolve obstacles for the technician team and work with engineers on non-conformances.
- Specify and build or procure tools and line equipment for hardware builds.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, material science, physics, or equivalent.
- 2+ years of experience with integrating, testing, and troubleshooting mechanical and electronic systems.
- 1+ year experience with Computer Aided Design tools such as Solidworks or NX/Unigraphics.
- Related experience from internships or college organizations is preferred.
- Familiarity with automated manufacturing processes and testing methods.
- Experience with QTP/ATP, functional testing, and environmental testing is a plus.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
