Responsibilities
- Write work instructions and troubleshoot non-conformances during satellite assembly.
- Define and implement Work Order Instructions and standard operating procedures.
- Assist in developing manufacturing processes for automated quality SPC.
- Specify, design, and procure assembly equipment, tools, and systems.
- Interface with facilities personnel on site development and utility requirements.
- Plan AIT takt time and cost optimization.
- Review designs for manufacturability and approve design releases.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, material science, physics, or equivalent.
- 1+ year experience in integrating, testing, and troubleshooting mechanical and electronic systems.
- Knowledge of engineering practices for the software/hardware/networks development life cycle.
- Experience with hardware/software integration and real-time systems.
- Familiarity with automated manufacturing processes and testing methods.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
