Responsibilities

  • Write work instructions and troubleshoot non-conformances.
  • Define and implement Work Order Instructions and standard operating procedures.
  • Assist in developing manufacturing processes for automated quality SPC.
  • Specify, design, and procure assembly equipment and tools.
  • Interface with facilities personnel for site development and utility requirements.
  • Optimize AIT takt time and cost planning.
  • Review designs for manufacturability and sign off for design release.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, material science, physics, or equivalent.
  • 1+ year experience with integrating, testing, and troubleshooting mechanical and electronic systems.
  • Knowledge of engineering practices for the software/hardware/networks development life cycle.
  • Experience with hardware/software integration and real-time systems.
  • Familiarity with automated manufacturing processes and testing methods.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
