Responsibilities
- Demonstrate a strong working knowledge of mechanical systems with expertise in systems integration.
- Lead the hiring process and mentor junior engineers in good product design practices.
- Perform feature design and testing to meet program objectives.
- Conduct test failure analysis and solution validation for successful product development.
- Manage schedules and milestones for the project.
- Provide cross-functional program integration support to ensure team success.
- Prepare and deliver updates to the Executive team when necessary.
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in mechanical engineering or equivalent.
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent.
- Experience with prototyping and implementation.
- Knowledge of SolidWorks simulation or Ansys Finite Element analysis tools is preferred.
- Experience in the design of complex mechanical products and equipment at volume.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to integrate feedback and respond quickly to changing contexts.
