Responsibilities
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of mechanical systems and systems integration.
- Lead the hiring process and mentor junior engineers.
- Perform feature design and testing to meet program objectives.
- Conduct test failure analysis and solution validation for product development.
- Manage schedules and milestones for product development.
- Provide cross-functional program integration support.
- Communicate effectively with team members and prepare updates for the Executive team.
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in mechanical engineering or equivalent.
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent.
- Experience with prototyping and implementation.
- Knowledge of SolidWorks simulation or Ansys Finite Element analysis tools (preferred).
- Experience in designing complex mechanical products at volume (preferred).
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to integrate feedback and adapt to changing environments.
