Responsibilities
- Responsible for mechanical design and systems integration.
- Conduct feature design and testing to meet program objectives.
- Lead the hiring process and mentor junior engineers.
- Perform test failure analysis and solution validation.
- Manage schedules and milestones for product development.
- Provide cross-functional program integration support.
- Prepare and deliver updates to the Executive team.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in product development.
- Strong 3D CAD skills (Creo or similar).
- Design experience with high volume/high finish consumer electronics.
- Knowledge of tooling and materials process validation.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with various engineering disciplines.
- Willingness to travel internationally (~20%).
