Responsibilities
- Mechanical design and development of consumer electronic products.
- Lead the hiring process and mentor junior engineers.
- Perform feature design and testing to meet program objectives.
- Conduct test failure analysis and solution validation for product development.
- Support cross-functional program integration for team success.
- Manage schedules and milestones for product development.
- Communicate effectively with team and prepare updates for the Executive team.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in product development.
- Strong 3D CAD skills (e.g., Creo).
- Experience with high volume/high finish consumer electronics.
- Knowledge of analytic problem-solving methods (8D, Six Sigma).
- Experience integrating component modules (I/O, Cameras, etc.).
- Willingness to travel internationally (~20%).
