Responsibilities
- Analyze and measure fleet reliability performance and influence stakeholders with recommendations.
- Develop reliability data aligned with Amazon's customer commitments.
- Collaborate with business partners' reliability teams to enhance the reliability platform.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, operations, engineering, analytics, or related field.
- 3+ years of program or project management experience.
- 3+ years of cross-functional experience with tech and non-tech teams.
- 3+ years of experience in process improvement initiatives using data.
- 2+ years of supply chain experience.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and SQL.
- Experience in stakeholder management and defining program requirements.
