Responsibilities
- Lead the design, layout, and validation of PCBs for power distribution and motor drivers.
- Architect and optimize power distribution and battery systems for high-performance robots.
- Develop and refine lithium-ion battery systems.
- Ensure compliance with EMI/EMC and thermal design best practices.
- Collaborate with firmware and mechanical engineers for system integration.
- Define electrical architecture for control, networking, and diagnostics.
- Mentor junior engineers and drive design reviews.
Job Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in electrical theory, robotics, and automated equipment.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- 3+ years of experience with motor controls and large volume production.
- Strong PCB design skills and understanding of high-power circuits.
- Experience with lithium-ion battery systems and power distribution.
- Strong debugging skills with oscilloscopes and power analyzers.
- Proficiency with embedded system interfaces and STM32 microcontrollers.
