Responsibilities
- Perform circuit design and analysis for satellite power and avionics subsystems.
- Conduct ECAD schematic capture of circuit designs.
- Lead design reviews of hardware systems, including architecture and PCB layout reviews.
- Develop and lead bring-up test plans, as well as qualification and production test plan development.
- Lead debug efforts for avionics and power subsystems.
- Support subsystem production ramp and larger system integration.
- Instill best practices across the full development lifecycle as a technical leader.
Job Requirements
- BS degree in electrical engineering or equivalent.
- 4+ years of experience in hardware development across the product life cycle.
- Experience with PCB design and debugging, including microprocessors and sensors.
- Knowledge of complex board designs, including high-speed interconnects and avionics.
- Proficiency with schematic and layout ECAD tools.
- Preferred: 5+ years of experience and a Master’s degree in electrical engineering.
- Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or C/C++.
