Responsibilities
- Serve as the site expert for maintaining automation systems critical for operations.
- Collaborate with various teams for MHE systems optimization and project implementation.
- Troubleshoot material handling control systems, including PLC/PC controllers and industrial networks.
- Monitor MHE metrics and address system performance issues.
- Provide first-level escalation support for site technicians.
- Facilitate Failure Analysis and Incident Review processes for continuous improvement.
- Perform System Assessments to enhance material handling system performance.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in electrical or mechanical engineering or equivalent experience.
- Experience with PLC-controlled automation and issue diagnosis.
- Experience with robotics work cells and control systems.
- Familiarity with Ladder Logic and structure programming from various PLCs.
- Hands-on industrial electrical experience with different voltage systems.
- Experience identifying and maintaining motor controls and electrical components.
- Excellent written, verbal, and customer service skills.
