Amazon Robotics - Hardware Engineer Intern - Summer 2026

The role is for a Hardware Engineer Intern at Amazon Robotics, focused on the development and testing of hardware products in a collaborative environment.

• Completing project tasks with a team of other interns and Amazon Robotics engineers
• Utilizing Amazon Robotics engineering tools and processes
• Prototyping and testing concepts or features
• Tracking progress of task deliverables
• Developing and maintaining design documentation
• Presenting information to managers and engineers

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Knowledge of SolidWorks simulation or Ansys Finite Element analysis tools
• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s, Master's, or Doctorate Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Solid understanding of principles, theories, and concepts in mechanical engineering
• Comfortable using hand tools
• Desire and energy to work in a fast-paced agile environment
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work well with teams
