Responsibilities
- Define interfaces of electrical components with the mechanical department.
- Prepare power design reviews and participate in technical core team meetings.
- Collaborate with purchasing, quality, and industrialization functions for successful equipment delivery.
- Manage design change and waiver requests related to non-compliances.
- Leverage experience in Power Electronics design to drive innovation.
- Ensure project schedules are met and quality designs are delivered on time.
- Communicate effectively and manage project tasks using Microsoft Office.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Experience or understanding of Power Electronics design.
- Knowledge of EHS rules/standards.
- Ability to collaborate across departments as a team player.
- Effective project task management skills.
- Analytical skills to calculate electrical or thermal constraints.
- Problem-solving skills for design validation plans.
