Responsibilities
- Drive design, validation, process development, and production activities with project teams.
- Oversee development of fixtures and testers to support design and manufacturing.
- Address technical issues and development roadblocks to meet project requirements.
- Develop and manage project schedules, communicating risks and status to stakeholders.
- Serve as the program interface for development activities with suppliers.
- Lead efficient design requirements and review meetings.
- Adapt and work independently in a fast-paced startup environment.
Job Requirements
- Experience in leading photonics, semiconductor laser diode, or transceiver development projects.
- Familiarity with semiconductor development workflows and silicon photonics.
- Understanding of photonic and III-V fabrication processes.
- Strong facilitation skills for meetings and project management.
- Knowledge of photonics module packaging development techniques.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Experience with agile frameworks and organization of work across teams.
