Responsibilities
- Work closely with EE design engineers and other teams on PCB functions and interconnections.
- Perform simulation and hands-on characterization of circuits and systems.
- Participate in design verification and validation tasks with design leads.
- Engage with contract manufacturers or internal teams for new product introduction (NPI).
- Support the EE team with backend design tasks, including RMA and customer interfacing.
- Analyze designs, components, and schematics to make informed decisions.
- Collaborate with other engineers in the team and contribute actively.
Job Requirements
- BS or Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- 1-4 years of experience in Electrical Hardware with hands-on lab experience.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Good understanding of hardware components and software controls.
- Familiarity with debugging techniques for various communication protocols.
- Understanding of PCB design fundamentals.
- Experience with Python/MATLAB for test automation and data visualization is a plus.
